Q: How do I handle receiving damaged merchandise?
A: Please contact Ann Comer at The Crafts Boutique within 5 business days so that I can make immediate arrangements to rectify the situation. Refer to the “contact us” page for necessary information.Q: What should I do if I do not receive my purchase or only part of my purchase within 7 to 10 business days? A: Contact Ann Comer as soon as possible so that I can interface between you and the crafter as to when and how your order was shipped.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with my purchase? A: We have a 14 day return policy. You should first contact Ann Comer regarding your situation, please refer to the “contact us” page. You would have to send the item back to the crafter in a timely manner, You will then be issued a credit once the crafter has received the merchandise.
Q: How do I contact a crafter directly? A: As the administrator and owner of the site I will interface between you and the crafter. When it is necessary for special orders or unusual circumstances I will have you contact the crafter directly. Please refer to the “contact us” page.
